Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase? Because these courses contain digital downloads, they are not covered for a refund. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of the courses, please reach out to us and we will work out some sort of compensation for you.
How long do I have access to the course and the download? You have one year to access any and all of the courses. The downloadable resources are yours to keep.
Can I get a certificate for hours spent with the courses? No. At this time, we do not offer certificates for hours. Check with us at [email protected] if you need a certificate and we will do our best to get you what you need.
